Edward Odom, Founder and Managing Member
I have spent the last 15 years of my career as a lead design engineer and technology consultant for three of the largest telecommunications manufacturers in the world. I specialize in migrating my customers off legacy communications platforms and infrastructures onto VoIP and collaboration platforms that provide their business the most efficient vehicle to grow. In my 36 years as an engineer in the business covering operations, pre-sales, and post-sales, I have acquired hands-on and design expertise using the top telecommunications manufacturer's products and services including; Aspect, Nortel, Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Sonus, Fuze, RingCentral, 8X8, InContact, and Five9s. This expertise has not just allowed me to help my customers navigate the complex and sometimes daunting waters of migrations and upgrades but also allowed me to be the consultant's consultant. I have been hired by multiple consultants and manufacturers to provide my expertise and experience in helping them run successful migration projects.
